We take steps to make sure all of our employees are properly trained and equipped to handle each task safely. By promoting safety awareness, our aim is to protect our employees, subcontractors, the public and the environment. We realize an effective safety program requires a constant effort.
Beacon Glass has maintained a Certificate of Recognition (COR Certification) in safety from the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ASCA) since 1995.
Beacon Glass is a member of the WCB Partners in Injury Reduction program (PIR) which is designed to encourage injury prevention and the development of an effective safety program.
Our participation in these safety programs has helped us to put strict safety policies and training programs in effects. This ensures that our greatest asset, our employees, attend ongoing training that protects their health and safety and gets them home safely to their families every day.
